Fees & Accommodation

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.

Registration fee includes:

• Sypmosium materials
• admission to all congress session and exhibition
• Welcome ceremony
• Get together party

ACCOMMODATION

Prices are per room, per day (Vat and city tax are included)

Important

Accommodation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Deadline for reservation and payment: November 20, 2016
After this date we can not guarantee the availability of accommodation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All the cancellations have to be send in writing to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o, Andrija Hebrang Street 34, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia
Cancellations before  October 1, 2016 – full refund of paid registration fee and / or accomodation , only handling fee of 180,00 kn will be charged.
Cancellations after  October 2, 2016– a refund of 50% of paid registration fee and / or accomodation + handling feee 180,00 kn will be charged.
Cancellations after  November 1,  2016 – no refund.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS

• Payment should be done in advance, in kunas, on the account of agency Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
• Bank transfer  – bank transfer payment should be made payble to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o. The participant’s full name and the Reference number 040/003/2016 should be included with the payment.

• Credit card – the payments made by credit card will be in local currency kuna and the EURO fee amount will be calculated acording to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.
